01. GETTING CONNECTED

Get started by contacting us, giving us a call (607-269-5313), sending us an e-mail (info@alacartedecor.com) or filling out the appropriate Google Form below. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review your request and get back to you to arrange next steps.

02. CURATING YOUR EXPERIENCE

We offer décor rentals and services for all types of events and levels of support.

Rentals Only: If you know exactly which pieces you’d like, we’ll create a custom quote based on your requested items. Take a look at our collection to get started.

Guided or Full Styling Services: If you’d like help selecting décor, have questions about our offerings, or are interested in full-service styling, we’ll schedule a virtual consultation to learn more about you, your vision, and the needs of your event.

03. LEADING UP TO YOUR EVENT

After getting to know your style and event details, we’ll create a thoughtfully curated visual proposal and quote for your review. Once we align on a vision and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a non-refundable $400 deposit invoice and rental/service agreement to officially reserve your date. All deposits are applied toward your final balance.

Rentals Under $1,200:
- 120 days before your event:
  We’ll reach out to confirm any changes to items or quantities. Based on this information, we’ll generate a tentative invoice for the full amount. (Items and quantities are not locked in until 30 days prior.) 50% of this invoice is due upon receipt.
- 45 days before your event:
  We’ll confirm final details such as guest counts, seating layouts, signage information, and pick-up or delivery logistics. A final invoice will be issued.
- 30 days before your event:
  Your remaining balance is due in full.

* Please note: In-store or virtual “mock-up” consultations are available for rentals under $1,200 for an additional $150.

Rentals Over $1,200:
- 120 days before your event:
  We’ll schedule your complimentary in-store or virtual mock-up consultation. During this session, you’ll be able to mix and match items in our showroom to visualize your final design. Based on this consult, we’ll create a tentative invoice for the full amount. (Items and quantities are not locked in until 30 days prior.) 50% of this invoice is due upon receipt.
- 45 days before your event:
  We’ll confirm final totals, collect remaining details (guest counts, layouts, signage, etc.), and finalize pick-up or delivery logistics. A final invoice will be issued.
- 30 days before your event:
  Your remaining balance is due in full.

04. YOUR BIG DAY!

Showroom Pick-Up / Drop-Off
Perfect for our DIY clients! We offer flexible, no-cost pick-up and drop-off at our downtown Athens, PA showroom. Your items will be packed and ready for pick-up on a pre-scheduled date determined during your 45-day consult. After your event, simply return the items to the showroom.

ALCD Venue Drop-Off / Pick-Up
For an additional fee based on item quantity and venue distance, A’La Carte Decor can deliver and retrieve your rental items directly from your venue.

Full Service Styling
For an additional styling and delivery fee, our team will deliver your décor, style your event on-site, and handle all breakdown and return logistics. You can relax knowing every detail is taken care of from start to finish.
